GYMNASTICS...
Jazzy Jumpers (18 months to 3 1/2 years)
Turbo Tumblers (2 1/2 years to 5 1/2 years)
Radical Rollers (4+)
A guardian is a must with your young athlete in the JJ class. This class offers flexibility: purchase a pre-paid card and attend a JJ class of choice, first come first serve. Work it into your week.
Youngsters will be introduced to the terminology & fundamentals of gymnastics as well as Trampoline/Tumbling. A strong emphasis is place on development of basic locomotor and gymnastic skills. These classes not only allow personal interaction with other kids but also provide an opportunity to improve strength, coordination, flexibility and agility while building self-confidence and motor skills.
Girls Classes: Beginning Girls 1 (5+) / Beginning Girls 2(must pass BG1) / Intermediate Girls(must pass B2)
This class serves as an introduction to gymnastics skills. Each student will experience the four gymnastic events of vault, bars, beam and floor with trampoline as a bonus! Students will learn by progression thru drills, group games and skills which are encompassed in our coaches lesson plans.
Power Tumbling & Trampoline Classes, Co-Ed: T&T 1 (5+) / T&T 2 (must pass T&T 1) / T&T 3 (must pass T&T 2) / Advanced T&T (must have passed T&T 3)
An introduction to power tumbling & trampoline. Each student will experience the three power tumbling events of trampoline, floor and double mini. Students will learn by progression thru drills, group games and skills which are encompassed in our coaches lesson plans.
Girls Pre-Team and Team: Coach Invited
Gymnasts with advanced skills and an exceptionally good attitude will be invited, by our Team Staff, to join Pre-Team. Practice twice per week for two hours each visit. Our girls team begins at Level 4 (thru Optional) this fall they will again be competing happily and healthy in the gymnastics world.
Power Tumbling & Trampoline Pre-Team and Team: Coach Invited
T&T athletes with advanced skills and an exceptionally good attitude will be invited, by our Team Staff, to join Pre-Team. Practice is once per week for an hour and a half. Our Wild (T&T team) begins at Level 4 (thru Optional) and this season have been competing and beating many of the nationally ranked Northwest teams!

Cheer Classes: Cheer Tumbling 1 / Cheer Tumbling 2 / Cheer Tumbling 3
CT 1 works flexibility, strength, cartwheels, round offs, head/hand stands.
CT 2 works front and back handsprings.
CT 3 works connected front and back tumbling passes.
All Star Cheer Program: Ages 14 and under are welcome

Drill Team Classes: Jr. Drill (5+) / Sr. Drill (Coach Invited)
A fun team atmosphere designed to learn routines which include kicks, splits, dance, gymnastics and more. This team performs at local area events.
An hour class offered for those who are home schooled, a wonderful social outing to work on strength, flexibility and gymnastics skills.
Off Season Sports Conditioning: All Ages & Co-Ed. ***Team Discounts Available!
One hour two times a week
Parents Night Out: Ages 5+, Co-Ed, Third Saturday of Each Month, 6:30-10:30pm
Four hours of kid friendly fun at YGC; Gym time, craft, snack and a movie for the kids. A night out on the town for the parents!
Private Lessons:
Regardless of age or skill ability our staff is here to help! Private Lessons are a great opportunity to learn a new skill, work on a difficult skill or provide time to work strength, flexibility, bars, tumbling skills, etc. Available in half hour & one hour increments.
Toddler Gym (36 months to 5yrs): Toddler Gym is available for the youngest of children. Boys and girls ages walking to 5 years develop their motor skills in a fun, safe and stimulating atmosphere. With the active encouragement of a parent and the gentle hand of a qualified instructor, the youngsters are led through a variety of activities on gymnastics equipment and apparatus for motor, social and emotional development.
Open Gym (5+) Tue @ 2pm & Sat @ Noon: Open Gym is for ages 5 and up and no parent needed. Drop your kids off for and hour and a half of FUN!
Teen Gym:Teen Gym is a Friday night out for teens in a safe and fun environment.
